Thanks harpster - they also look very impressive. Thankfully I found a silverlight graph toolkit which has helped immensely! Now I have the barebones graphs I need to spruce them up in expression blend...a challenge in itself...
As an off point, I'm really impressed with ms visual studio 2010/silverlight/expression blend  it's been a long time since ms have impressed me!

Bob Bishop, co-founder of Apple's R&D lab, will be the keynote speaker at KansasFest 2011. Bob is part of the early history of the Apple computer and has developed numerous commercial software titles, worked side-by-side with Apple co-founder Steve Wozniak, written a book on assembly language programming, and published articles in most Apple II magazines. Bob has lived what most of us only dream about, and he has the stories to prove it.
In 1976, Dr. Bishop knocked on Steve Jobs' door and ended up owning an Apple I. Soon, he bought one of the first Apple II computers. A few months later, the first graphical Apple II games, like Rocket Pilot and Star Wars, came from Bob's keyboard before Apple had even finished the documentation. Later, Bob brought speech to the personal computer with Apple-Talker and Apple-Listener. In 1978, Bob and Steve Wozniak founded Apple's research and development division. His program Apple-Vision was included on DOS 3.3 master disks, demonstrating the audio and video capabilities of the Apple II. Even after retiring in 1981, he continued using, programming, and writing about the entire Apple II line.
The stories do not end with the Apple II. Bob has hosted a radio show using the "Mr. Logic" personality, written essays, founded a comic book club, designed a computer programming language, and written online riddles. Alas, Bob has not yet founded the fanciful "Subroutine Shack" stores "for supplying software components." Today, he lives in California, still "plays with computers," and laments that his Web site (http://bob-bishop.awardspace.com/) is forever under construction.
KansasFest the 22nd annual Apple II conference, is set for July 19th through July 24th at Rockhurst University in Kansas City, Missouri. KansasFest was originally hosted by Resource Central and has been brought to you by the KFest Committee since 1995. It works perfect. Thanks for sharing.
I hate having to run a program just to make my mouse do that, but it is what it is. I was going to return the mouse, but I am going to keep it now :apple:.

I just spent the past hour making a PHP RSS feed for my site and I just thought I'd boast. Ok I know its nothing terribly advanced with PHP, but I've only been using it for a month or so, and its quite a big achievement for me (firstly its the first loop i've coded, secondly its the first time I've had to trick the browser into thinking the file is something its not). I also taught myself how incredibly useful the UNIX_TIMESTAMP and date() functions are... wow!
So now when I add a new song/picture to my website it automatically creates a new entry in my RSS SQL table, as well as adding itself to my news table, and of course in the relevant section. Not that difficult but its great the amount of time it should save me - especially if all of my site was done using html pages. Thats 3 lots of information I'd have to copy and paste in!
I think I need to make myself a widget to update all this information from my dashboard!
Oh yeah this is all to do with putting off getting my site to look normal in Windows Internet Explorer :p

Not sure what you mean by "special" PCI slot but you will need a Mac specific video card.

Has this been independently verified? Sounds like a bug to me. I have the same performance on both ports of my MBP.

I'm buying my first Mac, and I'd like to save a few bucks on the display. I've read good things about the Dell 2005FPW, for example, which can be had for under $600 depending on which specials they're running that week/day/hour.
Is the 20" Cinema Display that much ($400) better? They're both 20" wide aspect. Are there other displays I should look at? The widescreen part isn't the deciding factor, but I use it as a point of reference vs. the Apple display.

May I ask how one goes about resetting the PMU?
thanks
PMU refers to older MacBooks. My MacBook is a 2009 model. As such, I have to reset the SMC. I have already done this numerous times, but to no avail. Is there something else I can reset to resolve my power management issues?
Thanks

There's a book that looks exactly like the box called Training from the Source. It seems to have helped me when I needed it. :)

iOS 4.3.3 is better than 4.3.2 for me in regards to battery life. I've even re-JB my iP4, and the battery life has remained pretty decent so far...
Thanks for the report. I've been having amazing battery life after upgrading from 4.2.1 to 4.3.2 and setting up as a new phone. Since I'm jailbroken and very happy with it, though, I suppose I'll keep with this and continue seeing how others are reporting iOS 4.3.3 battery performance.

I can but the color does not change. I think that I calibrated the original profile and now it is incorrect.

Yes! I see that is a problem now ... thanks, Intell.
But, on the Redmond Pie website (http://www.redmondpie.com/jailbreak-4.3.2-ios-iphone-4-with-pwnagetool-4.3.2-bundle-how-to-tutorial/), that was the file linked to in Step 1. So how do I find the correct bundle? I am unable to locate it on their site.
Thanks!
